1.4 This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions on matters of data privacy, this Policy shall prevail.

1.5 If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use the jiliok1 Platform. You may contact us at any time to withdraw your consent, subject to the limitations described in Section 10.

2. Personal Data We Collect

• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 jiliok1 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Payment processors and e-wallet providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist in verifying your identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Game software providers: Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed game studios, to the extent necessary to provide gaming services;

7. Data Retention

7.1 jiliok1 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations;
• Gaming history: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year after withdrawal of consent;
• Technical and device logs: Retained for ninety (90) days, unless required for longer periods in connection with a security investigation.

• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal and financial data stored on jiliok1 servers;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available to all registered players and mandatory for staff accessing internal systems;
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorised personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent required for their role;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing conducted by independent cybersecurity professionals;
• Intrusion detection and prevention systems monitoring the Platform for suspicious activity in real time;
• Secure data centres with physical access controls, CCTV monitoring, and environmental safeguards.

8.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jiliok1 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

8.3 While jiliok1 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying jiliok1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

9.1 jiliok1 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyse usage patterns. The following categories of cookies are used:

9.2 You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary or functional cookies may affect the performance and availability of certain Platform features.

9.3 jiliok1 does not use third-party advertising networks or sell cookie data to external advertisers.

10. Your Data Privacy Rights

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is collected, used, and processed, which is the primary purpose of this Policy;
• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jiliok1 holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed;
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you;
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations;

10.1 jiliok1 will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.

10.2 jiliok1 reserves the right to refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or that would require disclosure of information that could compromise the security of the Platform or the privacy of other users.

11. Minors & Age Policy

11.1 The jiliok1 Platform is strictly intended for users aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jiliok1 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

11.2 If jiliok1 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately delete that data, close the associated account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining balance after deducting any winnings derived from bets placed during the period of underage use.

11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has registered on the jiliok1 Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

12. International Data Transfers

12.1 Some of jiliok1's service providers, including game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners, may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, jiliok1 will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission;
• Binding corporate rules where the recipient is part of the same corporate group;

12.2 By using the jiliok1 Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of the Platform's services, subject to the safeguards described above.

13. Changes to This Policy

13.1 jiliok1 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

13.2 Where changes are material, jiliok1 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
